Do I need a website from Umar Media to use this?

No. The booking widget drops onto any site — one we build for you, or the site you already have. The AI voice agent works with your existing phone number regardless of who built your site.

How does the AI actually answer my phone?

We set up a dedicated line (or forward your existing number) to the AI. It answers in a natural voice, knows your services and hours, and books directly into your calendar. You get every booking and can listen back to any call.

What stops the phone and website from double-booking?

Both write to one shared calendar with a hard rule at the database level that makes overlapping appointments impossible. The instant a slot is taken by either channel, it disappears from the other.

Can it handle my specific services and staff?
